The Mission: Elevating Quality-
We are seeking a high-performing QA/QC Engineer to take ownership of quality excellence within our state-of-the-art factory. This is a critical leadership role that ensures every component leaving our facility meets our uncompromising global standards. You will be the guardian of quality, accountable for continuous improvement and the integrity of our building systems.
What You Will Own and Drive-
- Materials Integrity: Take the lead on inspecting and validating all incoming raw materials, ensuring strict compliance with Material Test Reports (MTRs) and specifications.
- Production Excellence: Establish and monitor rigorous quality checkpoints for in-process, assembly, and final finished products.
- Non-Conformance Leadership: Act decisively to identify defects, raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and lead the cross-functional coordination with the Production and Design teams to rapidly resolve and prevent quality issues.
- Standards & Compliance: Ensure all factory work adheres precisely to technical drawings and specifications. Champion quality standards during internal and 3rd party audits.
- System Ownership: Develop, maintain, and champion comprehensive quality checklists and daily inspection reports, creating an airtight documentation trail.
- Mentorship & Training: Elevate our entire team by training shop-floor supervisors on best-in-class quality practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
What You Will Bring to Our Team-
- Experience: 3–6 years of demonstrated success in factory Production QA/QC, ideally within Light Gauge Steel (LGS), Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) fabrication, prefabrication, or Off-site construction environments.
- Technical Acumen: Proven ability to rapidly interpret complex shop drawings, coordinate effectively with the Design team, and expertly utilize precision measuring instruments for quality control.
- Leadership Qualities (Mandatory):

- High-Impact Communication: Excellent verbal and documentation skills to ensure clarity across all teams and stakeholders.
