1. Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and commercially oriented Finance Manager to independently manage the company's finance and accounting functions across the corporate office and manufacturing/production facility.
The ideal candidate must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong experience in a manufacturing, production, factory, or industrial environment. The candidate should have hands-on exposure to factory costing, inventory, production accounting, budgeting, MIS, cash flow, statutory compliance, audits, and financial controls.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Financial Management
- Manage the overall finance and accounting operations of the company.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, cash-flow projections, and financial plans.
- Monitor company profitability, working capital, receivables, payables, and cash flow.
- Provide financial analysis and business insights to management for decision-making.
- Develop and implement effective financial controls and processes.
B. Factory & Production Finance
- Manage finance and accounting activities related to the manufacturing/production facility.
- Monitor production costs, material consumption, labour costs, overheads, and manufacturing expenses.
- Prepare and analyse product/job/project costing and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor factory expenses against approved budgets.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Procurement, and Operations teams for accurate financial reporting.
- Review inventory valuation, stock movements, wastage, scrap, and material reconciliation.
- Conduct regular analysis of production variances and cost deviations.
C. Accounting & MIS
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting and closure of monthly books.
- Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and management reports.
- Analyse financial performance against budget and previous periods.
- Ensure proper accounting of purchases, sales, expenses, inventory, fixed assets, and provisions.
- Establish and maintain appropriate accounting controls and documentation.
D. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and other professional advisors.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and payments.
- Handle tax assessments, notices, audits, and related correspondence as required.
E. Audit & Internal Controls
- Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and financial audits.
- Ensure proper documentation and supporting records for all financial transactions.
- Identify financial and operational risks and recommend corrective measures.
- Strengthen internal control systems across office and factory operations.
- Monitor compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
F. Working Capital & Cost Control
- Monitor receivables and payables and ensure effective working capital management.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and support timely collections.
- Monitor vendor payments and cash requirements.
- Identify unnecessary expenses and implement cost-control measures.
- Review major purchases and expenditure from a financial perspective.
G. Team & Cross-Functional Management
- Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounts team.
- Coordinate closely with Management, HR, Procurement, Production, Stores, Sales, and Operations.
- Guide team members on accounting procedures, compliance, and financial controls.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial activities.
3. Candidate Profile
Mandatory Requirements:
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
- Experience: 5–10+ years of relevant experience, preferably after qualification.
- Must have prior experience in a manufacturing / production / factory / industrial environment.
- Strong experience in factory finance and production costing.
- Good understanding of inventory, material consumption, wastage, scrap, and stock reconciliation.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in preparing and analysing MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, budgets, and costing reports.
- Strong Excel and accounting/ERP skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

6. Important Requirement
Candidates who have only corporate-office finance experience without hands-on exposure to manufacturing/production/factory finance will not be preferred.
The candidate should be capable of independently managing the Finance function of both the corporate office and manufacturing/production operations and should be comfortable working closely with the factory and operational teams.
Pay: ₹15,728.36 - ₹88,018.75 per month
