Role : QA Manual
Experience : 0-1 yrs
Key Responsibilities:
* Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
* Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
* Perform manual testing for web, mobile, or desktop applications.
* Identify, log, track, and report defects using bug tracking tools.
* Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing.
* Ensure application quality, usability, and functionality meet requirements.
* Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams.
* Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and QA discussions.
* Maintain testing documentation and reports.
* Continuously learn and improve testing skills and QA best practices.
Required Skills:
* Basic knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
* Understanding of manual testing concepts and defect lifecycle
* Knowledge of test case creation and execution
* Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira
* Basic understanding of API testing using tools like Postman (preferred)
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong verbal and written communication
* Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
