Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Sales Head to lead our sales operations and drive student admissions. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in EdTech sales, strong leadership abilities, and a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve admission and revenue goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize conversions.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support.
- Drive lead generation, follow-ups, and admission closures.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and student engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to improve business growth.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in EdTech Sales with team handling experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in admission counseling and sales closures is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
