As an Event Sales & Exhibition Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to acquire clients who have already enrolled in international exhibitions and trade fairs. You will connect with exhibitors, understand their requirements, and offer them our stall design, fabrication, and on-site execution services to enhance their brand presence at the event.
Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with exhibitors who are already participating in international exhibitions and trade fairs. Generate leads through research, networking, online platforms, and industry databases. Pitch stall designing, fabrication, and turnkey execution services to potential clients. Understand client branding and exhibition requirements, then coordinate with internal teams for proposals. Prepare quotations, presentations, and customized solutions for exhibitors. Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals. Build strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams for smooth project delivery. Ensure excellent client servicing before, during, and after the exhibition. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities. Required Qualifications Proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (preferably in exhibitions/events/interiors/fabrication industry). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Target-driven and self-motivated personality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
