Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of a strategic Oracle APEX-based solution supporting Procurement, Finance, and FP&A business functions. The solution leverages Oracle APEX, Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), and Oracle Fusion REST APIs to automate PO review, accrual management, audit compliance, and workflow automation. The Technical Lead will own architecture, technical governance, integration strategy, security design, and delivery oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership

Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design.

Define application, integration, database, and security architecture.

Provide technical guidance to APEX developers and integration consultants.

Establish development standards, code review processes, and deployment practices.

Conduct architecture and design workshops with business stakeholders.
Oracle APEX Solution Design
-
Design enterprise-grade Oracle APEX applications.
-
Define role-based dashboards, reporting, workflow, and approval frameworks.

Design reusable components and development standards.
-
Drive performance optimization and scalability initiatives.
Oracle Fusion Integration
-
Lead Oracle Fusion REST API integration strategy.
-
Design secure integration patterns between Oracle Fusion and APEX.
-
Oversee API authentication, error handling, monitoring, and exception management.
-
Ensure seamless integration with Procurement, AP, Finance, and related modules.
Database & Data Architecture
-
Design ADW data models and reporting structures.
-
Define audit trail framework and historical data retention strategy.
-
Implement performance tuning and data optimization measures.
-
Ensure data security and regulatory compliance.
Governance & Compliance
-
Ensure SOX-compliant design and auditability.
-
Implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
-
Design immutable audit trails and controlled access models.
-
Support internal audit reviews and compliance assessments.
Delivery & Stakeholder Management
-
Collaborate with Project Managers, Functional Consultants, and Business SMEs.

Participate in requirement workshops, design reviews, SIT, UAT, and go-live activities.

Manage technical risks, issues, and dependencies.

Provide executive-level technical updates and recommendation papers.
