- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and experience applying them in custom software development.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques specific to SAP HANA environments.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and tools to support iterative delivery.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and maintaining high-quality code to ensure system reliability.
