Position: Purchase Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement of construction, MEP, and finishing materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms to achieve cost savings.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per project requirements.
- Prepare comparative statements, purchase orders, and procurement reports.
- Coordinate with project, site, and finance teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in Real Estate or Construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and vendor management.
- Excellent negotiation and commercial skills.
- Experience in cost control, sourcing, and contract management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
