We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead our real estate sales operations across Patna, Muzaffarpur, and Noida. The role involves managing telecallers and field sales executives, driving conversions, and closing deals to achieve overall project sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the team of telecallers and field Sales Executives.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets across all project locations.
- Take ownership of lead conversion and participate in deal closures, especially at final stages.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions.
- Introduce new sales ideas, scripts, and methods to improve lead generation and conversions.
- Monitor daily performance, pipeline, and reporting of the sales team.
- Coordinate site visits and travel to project locations when required, especially during closures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in real estate sales (Residential Flats/Projects).
- Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
- Strong closing, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel between Patna, Muzaffarpur, and Noida as needed.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
