We are seeking a warm, caring, and enthusiastic Mother Teacher for LKG and UKG classes. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education and capable of creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging learning environment that supports the overall development of young learners. Experience with any recognized curriculum is acceptable.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities for LKG and UKG students.
- Foster the social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and language development of children.
- Create a positive and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Teach foundational concepts including literacy, numeracy, phonics, and life skills.
- Use creative teaching methods such as storytelling, songs, games, art, and hands-on activities.
- Monitor and assess student progress and maintain developmental records.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and hygiene of children at all times.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and classroom displays.
- Support school events, celebrations, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain classroom discipline through positive reinforcement and encouragement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), or related field preferred.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in teaching Pre-Primary students (LKG/UKG).
- Experience with any curriculum (CBSE, ICSE, State Board, Cambridge, Montessori, or equivalent) is acceptable.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and a passion for teaching young children may also apply.
