Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Development & Manufacturing Executive to oversee local manufacturing operations in Pune. The role involves vendor development, manufacturing coordination, quality control, cost management, and supporting new product development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate local manufacturing operations in Pune.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new manufacturing vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor manufacturing costs and recommend cost optimization initiatives.
- Manage the transition of selected manufacturing processes from Mumbai to Pune.
- Conduct quality control and inspection of products imported from China, ensuring compliance with company quality standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Support the development and sourcing of new products identified by the business.
- Track production timelines and ensure timely delivery from vendors.
- Maintain documentation related to manufacturing, quality, and vendor performance.
Desired Skills

- Strong negotiation and cost analysis skills.
- Good planning, coordination, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
