Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, billing, GST compliance, and financial record management. The role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and auditors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare invoices and handle customer billing activities.
- Create and manage E-Way Bills as per statutory requirements.
- Maintain cash books and assist in preparing cash flow statements.
- Perform account reconciliations and support account finalization.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide the required financial documents during audits.
- Maintain records in Tally and Zoho Books.
- Generate accounting reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with other finance and accounting tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally and Zoho Books.
- Experience in billing, invoicing, and E-Way Bill generation.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of GST rules, compliance, and account finalization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office applications.
Preferred Candidate: Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
