Travel Sales Executive (Remote)Job Description

As a Travel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for converting travel inquiries into bookings, creating customized holiday packages, coordinating with vendors, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Design customized itineraries based on customer preferences and budget.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners to secure the best rates.
- Upsell travel add-ons such as sightseeing, activities, transfers, etc.
- Resolve customer concerns, cancellations, and travel-related issues professionally.
- Stay updated with destination knowledge, travel trends, hotel rates, and industry updates.
- Maintain accurate booking records and customer follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of travel sales experience in at least 2–3 of the following destinations:
- Himachal Pradesh
- Kashmir
- Uttarakhand
- Rajasthan
- Kerala
- North East
- Meghalaya
- Excellent customer handling and sales skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Good knowledge of itinerary planning and package costing.
- Comfortable using travel portals, booking systems, Google Workspace/MS Office.
- Must be fluent in both Hindi and English (spoken & written).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
