Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and customer acquisition.
Store Operations
- Oversee daily retail store operations.
- Ensure proper merchandising and product display.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise sales staff.
- Assign duties and monitor employee performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Motivate the team to achieve sales goals.
Customer Service
- Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits.
- Minimize stock losses, damages, and shrinkage.
- Ensure proper stock rotation and storage.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain records of sales, inventory, and staff attendance.
- Coordinate with accounts and operations departments.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in retail sales management.
- Experience in team handling and store operations.
