KP Architects is a leading architectural and design firm committed to delivering innovative, functional, and sustainable design solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage our financial records, ensure compliance, and support the firm's financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and record journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in preparing GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, Chartered Accountants, and tax consultants during audits and assessments.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and applicable laws.
- Monitor project-wise expenses and maintain cost records.
- Support payroll processing and maintain employee salary records.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the architecture, construction, real estate, or consulting industry.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Familiarity with ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
