To deliver effective and engaging instruction in Mathematics and Science for Grades 3rd to 5th accordance with the CBSE curriculum, fostering conceptual understanding, analytical thinking, and a strong academic foundation among students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver structured lessons in Mathematics and Science aligned with the CBSE syllabus for Grades 3-5
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments that support conceptual clarity and application-based learning.
- Employ a variety of teaching methodologies, including activity-based learning, experiments, and digital tools to enhance student engagement.
- Assess and evaluate student performance regularly through classwork, assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and academic performance.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and support their individual learning needs.
- Prepare students for internal assessments and ICSE examination patterns where applicable.
- Create a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Integrate real-life examples and practical applications to strengthen understanding of concepts.
- Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning, academic reviews, and interdisciplinary activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student development and progress.
- Participate actively in school events, meetings, training programs, and extracurricular activities.
- Ensure adherence to school policies, safety norms, and ICSE academic standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science / Mathematics or a related field.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
- Minimum 1–3years of teaching experience, preferably in the CBSE curriculum.
- Prior experience teaching middle school (Grades 3rd - 5th) is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
