Key Responsibilities1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
- Generate interest in skin and hair treatments offered by the clinic
- Explain services, offers, and treatment benefits clearly
- Schedule appointments for clinic visits
2. Lead Follow-up & Conversion
- Follow up with all leads and inquiries on a daily basis
- Convert leads into walk-ins and consultations
- Maintain high conversion ratios
- Ensure no lead leakage
3. Customer Interaction & Counselling
- Understand client concerns related to skin and hair issues
- Provide basic guidance and route them to clinic consultation
- Build trust and maintain professional communication
4. CRM & Data Management
- Update CRM with call details, lead status, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions
- Track daily performance and reporting
5. Target & Performance
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
- Maintain call quality and productivity standards
Key Skills Required
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
- Ability to handle rejection and follow up consistently
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge

- Intermediate / Graduate
- Freshers or candidates with telecalling / sales experience can apply
- Experience in healthcare / clinic / skincare is an added advantage
