IT Project Manager (Contract Role)

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract
We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Project Manager to lead and support the successful execution of technology projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT environments, particularly in database migration and cloud-related projects, and will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
- Manage resource allocation and task prioritization to maximize team productivity.
- Facilitate project meetings, document discussions, and track action items to completion.
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards, project governance, and best practices.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance project efficiency and delivery quality.
- Utilize project management tools for planning, tracking, reporting, and collaboration.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in IT Project Management or Project Coordination.
- Experience working on Database Migration and/or Cloud Migration projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and processes.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
