Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 1–3 years of experience in residential and commercial building projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural designs, working drawings, and coordinating with project teams to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Develop innovative design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Create 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams during project execution.
- Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and approval requirements.
- Conduct site visits and provide design-related support when required.
- Assist in preparing project presentations and client proposals.
- Review construction progress and resolve design-related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 1–2 years of experience in architecture or real estate/construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and regulations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- 3D visualization and rendering.
- Interior design knowledge.
- Experience in residential apartment and villa projects.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
