Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our Etsy store
- Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, tags, attributes)
- Conduct Etsy keyword research and SEO optimization
- Upload and manage product images and variations
- Handle customer messages and inquiries professionally
- Manage orders, shipping updates, and returns when required
- Run promotions, sales, and Etsy ads campaigns
- Stay updated with Etsy policies and algorithm changes
Required Skills
- Proven experience managing Etsy stores
- Strong understanding of Etsy SEO and keyword research
- Experience with Etsy Ads and promotions
- Good written communication skills for customer interaction
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with jewelry or fashion products
- Experience scaling Etsy stores to higher monthly sales
