Job Title: Customer Support Executive / Telecaller
Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive / Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, emails, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Respond to customer queries through calls, emails, and chat (if required)
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions
- Manage and respond to customer emails effectively
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Generate leads or schedule appointments if required
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (written and verbal)
- Ability to draft and respond to professional emails
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM preferred)
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
