About the Role
We are looking for empathetic, driven, and persuasive Admission Counsellors to guide prospective students and families throughout the admission journey.
This role blends counselling, consultative sales, and student success support, making you a key contributor to helping learners achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with student leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video consultations
- Understand student aspirations and recommend suitable programs
- Conduct impactful counselling sessions and explain program benefits effectively
- Manage leads through the complete admission funnel — inquiry to enrollment
- Achieve admission targets consistently
- Maintain accurate lead data and CRM records
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding
- Handle objections, fee discussions, scholarship queries, and enrollment closures
- Participate in webinars, virtual events, and outreach initiatives
- Gather student feedback and collaborate with product and curriculum teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Education, Psychology, Commerce, or Management preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Admissions, Student Counselling, Inside Sales, or EdTech
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and active listening ability
- Target-driven mindset with resilience and positivity
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools
- Ability to manage high-volume interactions efficiently
