Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals and social media
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Conduct HR interviews and initial screening rounds
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining
- Maintain employee database and recruitment reports
- Handle onboarding and joining formalities
- Support attendance, payroll, and HR operations
- Coordinate with department managers for hiring requirements
- Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel & MS Office)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
