The Lab Technician is responsible for collecting, preparing, testing, and analyzing samples while ensuring laboratory equipment is properly maintained. The role requires adherence to laboratory protocols, quality standards, and safety regulations to deliver accurate and timely test results.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, label, and process laboratory samples.
- Perform laboratory tests and record accurate results.
- Prepare reagents, solutions, and testing materials.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Ensure proper documentation of test results and laboratory records.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality control guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the laboratory.
- Monitor inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents.
- Report abnormal findings or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT),
- Relevant certification or registration (where applicable).
- 0–3 years of laboratory experience (freshers may apply for junior roles).
Required Skills
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office/LIS).

Working Conditions
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
