Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver courier parcels to customers within assigned areas.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages.
- Verify recipient details and obtain proof of delivery (signature or OTP).
- Handle parcels with care to avoid damage or loss.
- Collect cash payments (if applicable) and submit them as per company policy.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
- Maintain professional behavior with customers.
- Report delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns to the supervisor.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good condition.
- Follow all traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
