Key Responsibilities
- Provide first aid treatment for injuries and minor illnesses.
- Attend to emergency medical situations and coordinate hospital referrals if needed.
- Maintain employee medical records and treatment logs.
- Monitor employee health and fitness for work.
- Conduct regular health check-ups and awareness programs.
- Ensure availability and maintenance of first aid kits and medical supplies.
- Assist in occupational health and workplace safety activities.
- Support compliance with factory health, safety, and labor regulations.
- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and emergency services when required.
- Educate employees on hygiene, sanitation, and preventive healthcare.
- Monitor workplace cleanliness and health-related conditions.
- Prepare medical and accident reports for management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in garment or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
- Strong emergency handling and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple situations.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
