Job Description:
We are hiring a Desktop Support Engineer (Fresher) for our client. The candidate will be responsible for basic IT support, hardware & software troubleshooting, and system maintenance. Similar fresher desktop support roles in Delhi commonly involve hardware, networking, Windows, printer, and software troubleshooting tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure desktops, laptops & printers
- Basic hardware and software troubleshooting
- Windows installation & software setup
- Network/LAN connectivity support
- Printer and peripheral device setup
- Provide technical support to users
Requirements:
- Fresher candidates can apply
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware & networking
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI / BCA / Any Graduate preferred
- Good learning attitude and communication skills
