Job Title: Sales Manager

Reporting To: General Manager
Job Purpose
To lead and manage the dealership sales team, achieve vehicle sales targets, improve customer satisfaction and ensure effective implementation of Mahindra sales processes and dealership standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Lead, motivate and supervise the Sales Consultants to maximize sales performance.
- Monitor daily sales activities, enquiries, bookings, retail sales and deliveries.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- Ensure prompt follow-up of customer enquiries and high lead conversion.
- Monitor showroom operations and maintain Mahindra showroom standards.
- Coordinate with the Finance & Insurance (F&I), CRM and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and corporate clients.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with Mahindra sales policies, dealership SOPs, and documentation requirements.
- Plan and support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows and promotional activities.
Required Qualifications
- Any Degree
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
