Position: PP Homeroom Teacher
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, caring, and engaging classroom environment for young learners.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities aligned with early childhood education practices.
- Develop children’s foundational skills in language, numeracy, creativity, communication, and social interaction.
- Encourage curiosity, exploration, and hands-on learning through play-based activities.
- Maintain classroom discipline with warmth, patience, and positive reinforcement.
- Monitor and document students’ progress and developmental milestones.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student growth, behaviour, and classroom activities.
- Organize classroom displays, celebrations, and learning corners.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership for curriculum planning and school events.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT).
- Prior experience in pre-primary teaching preferred.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Creative, energetic, patient, and nurturing personality.
- Basic knowledge of activity-based and experiential learning methods.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong storytelling and phonics skills.
- Ability to integrate art, music, movement, and play into learning.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with CBSE/early years curriculum practices is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,177.81 - ₹25,057.60 per month
