About the Role
SV Hitech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in inside sales, IndiaMART handling, customer follow-ups, and DTP designing, along with good knowledge of CorelDRAW.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales enquiries and leads through IndiaMART and other channels.
- Respond to customer enquiries, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product information.
- Follow up with leads regularly through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers and coordinate with the sales team for order conversion.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and sales activities.
- Handle DTP designing and basic artwork requirements using CorelDRAW.
- Create and modify product-related designs, layouts, labels, brochures, or other marketing materials as required.
- Coordinate with customers to understand design changes and ensure timely completion.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Lead Management preferred.
- Hands-on experience in IndiaMART lead handling is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of CorelDRAW and DTP designing.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Freshers with relevant CorelDRAW/DTP skills and good communication may also apply.
