● Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new employees.
● Communicate with selected candidates regarding offer letters, documentation, and
joining formalities.
● Verify employee documents and maintain accurate onboarding records.
● Schedule induction sessions and coordinate with HR, IT, and admin teams for smooth
onboarding.
● Follow up with candidates to ensure timely joining and resolve onboarding-related
queries.
● Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and
candidate coordination.
● Maintain employee databases, trackers, and MIS reports.
● Ensure compliance with company policies and onboarding procedures.
● Build positive candidate relationships to enhance employee experience.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
