Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Quantity & Billing Engineer to join our project team. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying, project billing, estimation, and cost control for construction or infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify RA Bills, Final Bills, and Client Billing as per project progress.
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and prepare BOQs.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and quantity reconciliation statements.
- Coordinate with site engineers for work measurements and billing documentation.
- Monitor project costs, material consumption, and budget utilization.
- Prepare billing reports, payment certificates, and maintain billing records.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and the accounts team for timely bill processing.
- Ensure billing activities comply with contract terms and project timelines.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 3–5 years as a Quantity Surveyor, Billing Engineer, or Quantity & Billing Engineer in the Construction, Infrastructure, or Real Estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ Preparation, Quantity Surveying, RA Bills, Final Bills, Rate Analysis, and Cost Estimation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing/ERP software. Knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project is an added advantage.
- Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹1,420,193.86 per month
