Job Summary
A Customer Relationship Executive in a Co-operative Society is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with members and customers. The role involves assisting customers with account-related services, deposits, loans, insurance and society products while ensuring excellent service quality. The executive acts as the first point of contact, handles enquiries and complaints, and supports member retention and growth. They promote society schemes, ensure proper documentation and compliance with co-operative rules, and coordinate with internal departments for timely service delivery. The position plays a key role in enhancing member satisfaction, trust, and long-term engagement with the society.
Core Responsibilities
· Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
· Promote and sell the company's products and services, including deposits, loans, and insurance, directly to customers.
· Generate leads and convert them into successful business.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers.
· Follow up regularly to close sales opportunities.
· Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and closures.
· Achieve monthly sales targets by generating leads, converting prospects, and ensuring consistent revenue growth.
· Share daily sales commitments and achievement updates in the assigned group.
Qualification:
Plus Two & Above
Experience:
0–1 years of experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance, NBFCs, Cooperative Societies), preferably in direct sales
Minimum Requirements:
1. Basic knowledge of co-operative society rules, deposits, loans, Insurance and member services.
2. Familiarity with KYC documentation and basic compliance requirements.
3. Good communication skills in the local language; working knowledge of English preferred.
4. Ability to handle customers politely and resolve issues effectively.
5. Basic computer skills, including MS Office and banking/financial software.
6. Sales orientation with the ability to promote society schemes and products.
7. Honest, responsible, and member-focused attitude.
8. Willingness to work flexible hours and meet service or business targets when required.
