The Admin Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functioning, coordinating with internal departments, and providing administrative support to management and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office administration activities and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and facility management teams.
- Support employee onboarding and administrative requirements.
- Process purchase requests, invoices, and expense records.
- Maintain office equipment and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
