Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in Housekeeping operations
- Hotel or Resort experience preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping activities
- Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and corridors are clean and well-maintained
- Allocate duties to housekeeping staff and monitor performance
- Conduct room inspections and maintain cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments
- Maintain housekeeping records and inventory
- Train and guide housekeeping associates on cleaning standards
- Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping
Requirements
- Good leadership and team handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in shifts
