Role Overview
We are looking for a Biker Service Engineer responsible for providing on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair support for POS (Point of Sale) machines and related payment devices at merchant locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit merchant/customer locations on a daily basis using a two-wheeler.
- Install, configure, replace, and troubleshoot POS terminals and payment devices.
- Handle hardware, software, connectivity, printer, SIM, battery, and power-related issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure timely resolution of service calls.
- Replace faulty POS terminals/components as per service guidelines.
- Coordinate with the back-office/service team for escalations and technical issues.
- Maintain proper records of service visits, device replacements, and inventory.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to defined SLA/TAT.
- Collect/update required documents or device-related information from merchants when required.
Pay: Up to ₹13,000.00 per month
