Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform keyword research to identify high-potential search opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, headings, and internal linking.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building techniques.
- Track keyword rankings, website traffic, and competitor performance.
- Collaborate with content writers and developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic website structure is an advantage.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Google Analytics or SEO-related certifications will be an added advantage.
- Experience in SEO for IT services, software companies, or B2B businesses is preferred.
