Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Consultant Trainee to support client advisory and business development initiatives. The role involves understanding client requirements, assisting in structuring financial solutions, and contributing to the execution of trade finance and payment transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective clients including SMEs, importers, exporters, and corporates
Understand client requirements related to trade finance, working capital, and international payments
Assist in structuring and presenting customized financial solutions
Support preparation of proposals, documentation, and transaction processing
Coordinate with internal teams and external financial partners
Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline in CRM systems
Conduct preliminary financial analysis and market research
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
MBA (Finance / International Business / Marketing) preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of financial services, banking, or trade finance
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
