Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate PHP Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic web applications using PHP and related technologies. You’ll work closely with front-end developers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP, MySQL, and related technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code
- Integrate third-party APIs and services
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in PHP and object-oriented programming
- Experience with frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services
- Knowledge of database design and management (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Docker or containerization tools
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
