Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Executive/Consultant with strong expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation, support, configuration, and business process integration. The candidate must be capable of working closely with finance, accounts, procurement, inventory, and operations teams to ensure smooth financial processes and system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support SAP FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
- Configure and maintain SAP FICO settings based on business requirements.
- Handle Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing activities.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes.
- Monitor and reconcile financial transactions to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Work closely with business users to understand requirements and provide SAP-based solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, PP, and WM modules for seamless integration.
- Perform troubleshooting, issue resolution, and root cause analysis for SAP FICO-related problems.
- Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams during developments and enhancements.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
- Generate MIS reports, financial reports, and management dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation regulations, and internal financial controls.
- Participate in SAP implementation, migration, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO modules.
- Knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
- Experience in Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Internal Orders.
- Understanding of financial accounting principles and business processes.
- Experience in SAP configuration and end-user support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to interact with stakeholders and gather business requirements.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
