Job Title: Guest Relationship Manager
We are looking for a responsible and well-spoken Guest Relationship Manager to handle guest communication and stay coordination for our hospitality properties.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs
- Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay
- Respond to guest enquiries on platforms like Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, and other booking apps
- Handle guest concerns, complaints, and inconveniences professionally
- Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure properties are cleaned and ready on time
- Follow up with caretakers and service teams when required
- Ensure guests have a smooth and comfortable stay experience
- Maintain clear communication and updates with the management team
Requirements:
- Good communication skills - English - Tamil - Hindi
- Ability to speak politely and handle guests professionally
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and booking platforms
- Problem-solving mindset
- Responsible, punctual, and organized
- Hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
