- Manage reservations for garden visits and room bookings through email, telephone, and online platforms.
- Welcome guests and assist them during garden visits as per the instructions provided by the Director, SGRF.
- Assign rooms and coordinate guest check-ins.
- Handle guest registration, payment procedures, company details, and meal plan information.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Food & Beverage departments regarding daily activities and special guest requirements.
- Answer and direct phone calls and respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Provide information about resort facilities, services, local attractions, and events.
- Maintain statutory records and reports, including C-Forms, FRRO registrations, nationality reports, in-house guest registers, and night audit reports.
- Ensure the front desk, lobby, and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Arrange transportation services such as airport/station pickups, transfers, and sightseeing trips.
- Keep updated information on local events and attractions and assist guests in organizing visits and guided tours.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
