We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Engineer – Operations, Production & Quality to manage day-to-day operational, fabrication, testing and quality-control activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, fabrication, assembly, testing and production activities.
- Supervise technicians and production teams.
- Handle RO, UF and water-treatment equipment fabrication and assembly.
- Conduct electrical, mechanical and functional testing with QA/QC documentation.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, SOPs, specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, vendors, stores and service teams.
- Monitor materials, production schedules, inventory and dispatch readiness.
- Support installation, commissioning and site activities when required.
- Prepare production, inspection and progress reports.
Required Skills
- Production, operations and team supervision
- Equipment assembly, piping, pumps, electrical panels, sensors and controllers
- QA/QC documentation and testing procedures
- Planning, coordination and problem-solving
- MS Excel, MS Word and reporting
- Good written and spoken EnglishWillingness to travel to project/MES sites
Experience
- 2–5 years relevant experience in EPC, manufacturing or project execution preferred.
- Experience in water/wastewater treatment, equipment manufacturing, system integration, installation, commissioning or QA/QC will be an advantage..
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
