Job Summary
We need a skilled Irrigation Construction Engineer to manage water resource projects from the design phase through final on-site construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Planning: Create efficient irrigation layouts, blueprints, and cost estimates using tools like AutoCAD.
- Site Evaluation: Check soil types, water supply, and local weather patterns before starting work.
- Construction Supervision: Direct contractors and site workers building canals, pipelines, pump stations, and storage ponds.
- Quality and Safety: Monitor job sites to follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Testing and Commissioning: Test completed systems to make sure water flows correctly and uniform distribution is achieved.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or Water Resources Management.
- Experience: 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in water infrastructure or civil construction projects.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of fluid mechanics, soil conservation, and design software (AutoCAD or GIS).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
