Level: Manager ,Technical Transformation
As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will lead the technical delivery of enterprise-scale solutions, manage cross-functional teams and mentor junior practitioners. You will work closely with client stakeholders, product owners, architects, and functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions, guide design and development, support planning and estimation, and drive successful end-to-end delivery outcomes.
Work you’ll do:
Collaborate with the functional team and client to thoroughly understand business requirements. Oversee technical delivery by providing architectural and implementation recommendations. Lead documentation efforts, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices. Direct the design and development of solutions, ensuring timely delivery according to project plans. Work closely with project leadership to identify and escalate potential risks and prepare status reports. Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication between various teams within the engagement. Respond to proposals by providing accurate estimations and technical input, supporting the overall success and alignment of project objectives with client needs.

Qualifications
Required

10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and enterprise delivery

Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform architecture

Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, Flows, platform security, and integrations

Experience in delivering nCino implementations for banking or financial services clients

Proven ability to lead end-to-end solution delivery including design, build, testing, deployment, and hyper care

Experience integrating Salesforce/nCino with core banking systems, middleware, document platforms, or third-party services

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams

Experience in estimation, work planning, technical leadership, and delivery governance

Ability to mentor teams and manage distributed delivery models

Certification: Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II, or Sales Cloud Consultant or nCino certifications or direct product implementation credentials

BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
Preferred:

Experience in commercial lending, retail banking, loan origination, account opening, or treasury processes

Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD tools for Salesforce such as Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, or Git-based deployment models

Experience with Agile delivery, release management, and enterprise design governance

Prior experience supporting RFPs, pursuits, and solution shaping
