The Fabrication Supervisor is responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating all fabrication activities to ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and cost efficiency. The role involves managing manpower, monitoring fabrication processes, ensuring equipment availability, and promoting continuous improvement.
* Site visiting
* Planning and scheduling of work
* Drawing preparation/review
* Required material ordering and coordination
* Handling fabrication labour team
* Site execution and work supervision
* BBQ work preparation and completion
Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication, Welding Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in fabrication operations.
- Manufacturing/Fabrication shop environment.
