Role Overview
We are looking for a candidate with a keen understanding of enterprise accounts and a strong communication background to effectively market and communicate with clients. The position combines client success, account management, and SaaS marketing, with a focus on relationship-building and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise client accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proactively offering tailored solutions.
- Resolve client queries, address concerns, and ensure clients are maximizing the use of Zeko AI’s products.
- Craft and send personalized, compelling emails to clients to address concerns, provide updates, and highlight new features.
- Guide clients in leveraging Zeko AI’s platform effectively to meet their business objectives and improve recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with product, tech, and operations teams to identify and implement optimizations in client workflows.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to contribute to product improvements and recommend enhancements.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and prepare regular reports on client success, adoption metrics, and communication effectiveness.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in managing enterprise-level accounts, SaaS products, or customer success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive client messages.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office.
- Comfortable working from the Noida office.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Noida): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
