Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Applications Manager to lead our team of Analysts and Developers in managing and enhancing our HR systems, including Zoho CRM/ People. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring the highest quality of support and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and analytics to support HR decisions and demonstrate the effectiveness of HR technologies.
- Employee Leave Management: Administer and refine leave policies and management practices to ensure a balance between organizational needs and employee well-being.
- Client Relations and Team Environment Cultivation: Foster a positive environment with clients and within the team to promote engagement, develop a positive environment and satisfaction.
- HR Systems Management: Oversee the administration and enhancement of HR systems such as Zoho CRM / People, and evaluate other CRM platforms as needed.
- T eam Leadership and Development: Build, motivate, and lead a team skilled in HR applications. Ensure continuous professional development and performance management.
- Strategic IT Collaboration: Collaborate with IT stakeholders to align HR technology strategies with business goals, particularly focusing on technologies like.NET , AI, Data Science and React JS.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and improve HR processes and data flows, optimizing the use of HR systems to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with software vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure that HR systems meet the needs of the organization.
- Compliance and Security Oversight: Monitor compliance with data protection regulations and ensure the security of HR systems.
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing teams in an ERP or CRM environment with a focus on HR applications.
- Proficient with Zoho applications and open to working with other CRM platforms as needed.
- Solid experience with software development technologies, notably AI, Data Science, .NET and React JS.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage vendor relationships and work with offshore or nearshore teams.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate technic al concepts to non-technical audiences.
- MBA in Human Resources, Business administration, or related field.
