Are you passionate about transforming good photographs into exceptional visual stories?
We are looking for a Photo Editor / Image Retoucher to join our team and help create high-quality visual content from branding, institutional, and commercial photoshoots.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Professionally edit and retouch photographs from branding, corporate, educational, and commercial photoshoots
- Perform color correction, color grading, exposure balancing, skin retouching, and image enhancement
- Ensure consistency in visual style across large batches of photographs
- Remove distractions, improve compositions, and enhance overall image quality while maintaining a natural look
- Organize, sort, select, and deliver images as per project requirements
- Collaborate with photographers and creative teams to achieve the desired visual outcome
- Maintain quality standards while meeting project deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in professional photo editing and retouching
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom
- Excellent understanding of color theory, exposure, contrast, and image aesthetics
- Ability to perform natural-looking skin retouching and portrait enhancement
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to handle large volumes of images efficiently
- Good file management and workflow practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus Skills:
- Experience working on school, institutional, corporate, or branding photoshoots
- Advanced Photoshop compositing and manipulation skills
- Experience with AI-assisted editing workflows
- Graphic design experience (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Understanding of print production and image preparation for large-format outputs
