Secret Routes Kayaking is one of Kochi's leading kayaking adventure companies, offering unforgettable sunrise, sunset, mangrove, and village kayaking experiences. We are looking for an energetic and passionate Sales & Marketing Executive who enjoys meeting people, promoting experiences, and helping grow our adventure tourism business.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate daily bookings through online and offline sales activities.
- Build relationships with hotels, homestays, resorts, travel agencies, colleges, corporates, and tour operators.
- Promote kayaking experiences to tourists and local customers.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and email.
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Create and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Assist in planning events, collaborations, and corporate outings.
- Visit potential business partners and maintain long-term relationships.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer databases.
- Help manage online reviews and maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Support content creation by coordinating photos, videos, and customer testimonials.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
